Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In the same condition in which you received it
- With all original tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or other proof of purchase
To start a return, contact us at Builttinthefire.coaching@gmail.com with your order number and details about the item you wish to return.
Do not send items back without first requesting and receiving return authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions regarding how and where to send your package.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at Builttinthefire.coaching@gmail.com. Please include your order number and photographs showing the issue so we can evaluate it and determine the appropriate resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Special-order products
- Personal care or grooming products where applicable
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items, unless otherwise required by applicable law
If you are unsure whether a specific product is eligible for return, contact us before sending the item back.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges.
The fastest way to receive a different size, color, or product is to return the original item, if eligible, and place a new order for the replacement item once your return has been approved.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you may have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it without providing a reason, subject to applicable law.
Returned merchandise must generally be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging.
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply under applicable law.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or declined.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
